Had him out to look at our oven. At first we hadn’t even considered having someone look at it and were just gonna replace it (seems like nothing is ever fixable anymore) but we decided it was worth a shot. He came out, pulled the oven out and opened it up, quickly diagnosed that the heating element was the issue, and once the part arrived he quickly repaired it. I told her I couldn’t do that day because no one would be home. They said she would try to squeeze me in on Friday. They did.
